The San Jose Wavemasters RC field is located in Hollister, California.

The field is located on a private dirt road on the East side of Hwy 25, South of Shore Road and North of 156. (Please see the AMA Map link below.)

The dirt road entrance to our field is along a very busy two-lane highway, so please use caution when attempting to turn into our lane, during peak commute traffic hours.

Directions From Highway 101:

Take Highway 25 towards Hollister (the first exit south of Gilroy).

Proceed approx. 7 miles on Highway 25.  

You are looking for an unnamed, dirt road on your left, approximately 1.6 miles past Shore Rd. 

A white San Jose Wavemasters RC sign is posted approximately 20 yards from Highway 25. That  sign has a picture of a Corsair aircraft.  

If you travel to Highway 156, you have gone approximately 2 miles too far. When it is safe to do so, make a U-turn and look on the right for our sign at the entrance to the dirt road.  

When you find the road, proceed for ½ mile until you see a gated road on the left. That road leads to the field, which is visible about ¼ mile away.  

Directions from Highway 152:

From highway 152 take the Highway 156 turnoff to San Juan Bautista/Hollister (this is just past Casa de Fruita.) 

Proceed on 156 to Highway 25. Turn right on highway 25 and go approximately 2 miles.  You are looking for an unnamed, dirt road on your right.

There is a San Jose Wavemasters RC sign at the entrace to the dirt road with a picture of a Corsair aircraft.  If you travel to Shore Rd you have passed our field. When safe, make a U-turn at Shore Road and travel about 1.6 miles. Look for our sign on the left.

When you find the dirt road, proceed about ½ mile until you see a gate on the left, leading to the field and club tables, about ¼ mile away.
